A step-by-step guide to make your natural Eye-shadow
  • Take a small bowl and add a half tablespoon of arrowroot powder into it. You can slightly increase the quantity of arrowroot powder if you want a darker shade Eye-shadow. Next, you need to add a half tablespoon of Shea butter and other ingredients (powders) depending on which Eye-shadow color you want to have.
  • For instance, if you want to have a light brown shade of eye shadow, you need to mix ½ tablespoon of arrowroot powder and ½ to ¼ tablespoon of Shea butter with ¾ tablespoon of cocoa powder only. And for Mauve shade, you will need to further add ¾ tablespoon of both allspice and dry beetroot powder.
  • Make sure the powder you use is very fine so it can blend well with Shea butter forming a creamy texture. Mix all ingredients in the bowl properly and ensure there are no lumps at all. Use the back of a spoon for mixing process.
